An impressive program consisting of short films that alter and subvert found footage in various ways: Bruce Conner’s unforgettable Report (1967) and his subsequent Television Assassination (1995), which I haven’t seen; Peter Kubelka’s Unsere Afrikareise (1966); Warren Sonbert’s Noblesse Oblige (1981); and Craig Baldwin’s Tribulation 99 (1991).
